Bowen & Sons Media Enterprises was founded by the esteemed J. T. Bowen in 1764 to provide high quality propaganda for the British government to quell colonial unrest.

It has since merged with several other corporations to form a "trust" of businessmen whose mutual interests include extending the transcontinental railway, annexing Mexico, and preventing womens' suffrage.
